Introduction
KTESIBIOS is a professional tool for designing windchests. This policy keeps the service safe and usable for organ builders and their teams. Violations of this policy may result in account suspension or termination.
Prohibited uses
You may not use the service to violate any law, to infringe the rights of others, to upload malware, to attempt to compromise the security or availability of the service, to scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or to use the service in ways that are inconsistent with its purpose as a windchest design workspace.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secret and for any actions taken under your account. Share organization access by inviting other members through the in-app invitation flow rather than by sharing credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Reporting violations
If you believe another user has violated this policy — for example by infringing your design rights, by abusing the service, or by hosting content that does not belong on a professional design tool — please report it to our support email. We investigate every report we receive.
Enforcement
We may take action up to and including account suspension or termination when this policy is violated. Where a violation involves an organization rather than an individual user, we will work with the organization's owners to resolve the issue before taking any account-wide action.
