Cookies Policy

This Cookies Policy explains how KTESIBIOS uses cookies and similar technologies to recognise you when you visit the service.

Draft — awaiting legal review

The wording on this page is a draft. Final wording is pending outside-counsel review (M-LEGAL) before launch.

Introduction

KTESIBIOS uses a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use cookies for advertising, cross-site tracking, or profile-building. The cookies listed below are the only ones the service sets.

What are cookies

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser by the websites you visit. They allow a website to recognise your browser across requests, which is what makes session-based features like remaining signed in possible.

Cookies we use

We set a signed, HTTP-only session cookie when you sign in; it expires when your session ends. We set a preference cookie that remembers your selected interface language. We do not set any tracking, advertising, or third-party analytics cookies on first-party traffic.

Third-party cookies

Federated sign-in providers (for example Google OAuth) may set their own cookies when you authenticate. Payment processing pages, when you make an export purchase, are hosted by our payment provider and may set cookies under their own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may prevent you from signing in or saving your interface preferences. We respect Do-Not-Track headers and Global Privacy Control signals where they apply.
