Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of KTESIBIOS. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Introduction

KTESIBIOS provides a cloud-based windchest design workspace. These terms describe what you can expect from us and what we expect from you while you use the service. They apply to every account, every organization, and every export you produce.

Acceptance of terms

You accept these terms when you create an account or accept an invitation to join an existing organization. We may update these terms from time to time; when we make material changes, you will be asked to re-accept the revised version before continuing to use the service.

Account and billing

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Billing for exports is handled per the published pricing page; export charges are processed through our payment provider and a receipt is delivered by email.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the design data you create in KTESIBIOS. We retain all rights to the service software, including the layout calculators and export pipeline. The DXF files you export are yours; nothing in these terms grants us a license to use your designs beyond operating the service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. On account deletion, your data is soft-deleted for 30 days, then hard-deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
