This Privacy Policy describes the personal data we collect when you use KTESIBIOS, why we collect it, and the rights you have over your data.

Introduction

KTESIBIOS is operated from the European Union and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy is written in plain language; the underlying legal framework is GDPR, and contractual terms for organization customers are documented in the Data Processing Agreement.

Data we collect

We collect the data you provide directly — your email address, your display name, the design data you author, and the contents of any files you import. We collect minimal operational data — sign-in events, export receipts, and crash logs — to keep the service running and to bill exports correctly.

How we use data

We use your data to operate the service: to authenticate you, to render your designs, to deliver the DXF files you export, and to send you transactional emails about your account. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use design data for any purpose other than operating the service for you.

Data sharing

We share data only with the subprocessors required to operate the service — listed on the Subprocessors page — and only to the extent necessary to deliver the service. We do not share design data with third parties for marketing, analytics, or any other purpose.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, and erase your personal data. Account deletion from the settings page triggers a soft-delete followed by hard-delete after 30 days; data export and subject-access requests are handled by contacting our support email.
